When we have had enough and the fruit of life no longer satisfies us, we naturally turn inward, we seek solitude and rest. We ask questions, we look for answers, and we search for meaning. until we find something. If we reach for another thing to avoid the dark, something to pacify us, like drugs, work, sex, screens, or alcohol, we will keep reaching for it, for the dopamine hit. Spiritual growth is what we need on the journey.

Do you want to know how to create more magic in your life?
What if I told you that reconnecting with this magic is possible through something simple: cultivating a daily spiritual practice? By setting aside time each day to honor your inner world, you invite the universe to co-create with you. By prioritizing a spiritual daily practice you align your life with the divine and deepen your experience of meaning and joy.

I just took a week away with the family, that’s me in my happy place. We love to do this at the end of the school year to reconnect with life. To wind down after a busy year of doing. We slept in, lazed about in the sun, and cleansed our souls in nature. As you know I am all about encouraging you to relax, of course, while still maintaining your passions, your daily and long term goals. I am always working on myself, it has become a way of life.
