Mindset, Meditation and Movement.
Mindset work is about being aware of your negative habits and learning to flip them to positive habits and thoughts.
Meditation work is about learning to build your mind muscle, by focusing on one object, eg. breath.
Movement work is learning to notice stuck or stressed energy and moving your body to shift and release stress, anxiety and negativity.
