What is ENERGY anyway?

Energy is the building block of the universe, all things are made from energy. Matter, seen and unseen. Sound and light. An invisible force. This includes psychological processess of thoughts, feelings and intentions too. So when we talk about energy, it is your body, your thoughts, beleifs and attitudes.

By definition energy is power, strength, or force, the ability or capacity to act. Your life force. It moves us.

Energy flows where thought goes

So what does our energy do without our intention directing it? It stagnates, or flows into our fears or doubts. If we harbour old hurts, or worry, it exasperates. Your thoughts are powerful, so what are you intending to do with your energy.

I urge you to make a list now, in your mind, of how you want to BE in life, and consciously set your intention to BE that. Life is magical and you can be how you want, you have to want to want it and set your mind, body and soul to it. Say I AM….. (Fill in the blank).
