The heat is here in Adelaide, added to the passionate Full Moon in Cancer energy.

So lots of beach time, sleeping in, fishing, games with the kids, and glorious sunsets. 2025 has definetely hit like hot passionate lava, add to that the emotional Full Moon in cancer energy. Emotional and unavoidable energy, I feel like a Mother lioness and a hermit crab simultaneously.

It is January, and if you haven’t already done so, it is the perfect time for reflecting on the last 12 months, and set intentions for the year ahead. Energetically calling that in, is powerful spirit work.

Cancer energy is intense emotional energy, in a protective shell, hence the crab symbology.

I am a Cancer baby so it has been very intense over here in the Stevens house thesse school holidays. My daily practice of breathwork and meditation connecting to my body, mind and spirit bringing me closer into energetic alignment with who I am and what I desire.

Energy work – releasing and replenishing; also means painful shadow work as I let go of deeply held emotion and beliefs, releasing my old shell. Making space for the new, and stepping into an even bigger space to embody.

But, knowing deep inside I have the capacity to hold myself, as I traverse the darkness and pain, facing my fears and shame. Knowing on the other side is a bright new me, accepting my purpose with a humble and whole heart.

In essence, I have been calling in more love and light

So I can bring more of me forward to achieve my purpose in life. Which is working with men and women experiencing emotional overwhelm, burnout or disconnection. Supporting, mentoring, guiding, healing and teaching you to raise your consciousness and raise your energetic vibration.
