I attended Greer’s painting workshop Friday night with my girl. The perfect way to unwind and connect with my soul’s yearnings for play, colour and creativity. We painted a Kookaburra, so good to get out of my busy bee brain and drop into relaxation, to recharge my energy. Check out Gree Can Do That here.

Take a moment to connect with yourself, doing a little self check in, what are you feeding yourself?

Physically, what food feels good in your body and nourishes you?

Mentally, what motivates you to be curious and nourishes your mind?

Emotionally, what fills your cup and nourishes your soul?

A powerful way to work on your energy

Be aware of what thoughts you’re feeding yourself, which can be a totally unconscious act. Practising this myself last week, I acknowledged an unconscious feeling and thought I’d been having of, ‘I’m not good enough’

I practiced being ARTful, being AWARE of my feeling and thoughts, then RELEASING the energy through my felt sense, Then TRANSFORMING the feeling and thought by choosing a new way. Consciously changing that thought to I am worthy, by saying it to myself over and over again and feeling being worthy in my body.
